Welcome to Dementia Australia’s online dementia support website.
If you or somebody you love is living with dementia, you could easily be feeling overwhelmed. Many people do. At Dementia Australia Vic, we want you to know that you and your loved ones are not alone and that there is support available.
On this website you will find a series of videos including valuable information for people living with dementia, their families and carers. Whatever your question, I encourage you to look at these videos and share what you find on this site with family and friends who might also find it helpful.
The discussion forum provides a place where people living with dementia, their families, carers and friends can gather online and share information in a safe place twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
You can also access our counselling services on this website. If you have questions or concerns specific to your situation, just email us and one of our counsellors will respond to you directly. Alternatively, you can request a face-to-face counselling session.
I’m sure you’ll find the information here useful and that you will be reassured by the level of support available.
